The Bonny Graduates Forum (BGF) expresses sincere appreciation to the Administrator of Bonny Local Government Area, Mr. Kingsley N. Banigo, for the invitation to participate in the One-Day Security Sensitization Seminar held on May 13, 2025, at the Ibanise Town Hall.
During the seminar’s interactive session, BGF President, Mr. Pepple Idaerefagha Jude, presented the collective concerns of Bonny graduates, emphasizing the urgent need for scholarship opportunities and structured skills development programs. He stressed that addressing youth unemployment through education and capacity building is essential to reducing crime and fostering long-term social stability.

Mr. Pepple further called on the Rivers State Government, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), and corporate organizations operating in Bonny to collaborate with BGF in launching targeted scholarship and empowerment programs for indigent and deserving graduates across the Kingdom.
His remarks echoed the growing demand for strategic intervention amid increasing concerns over insecurity and the limited economic opportunities available to Bonny youths.
The Bonny Graduates Forum remains optimistic that this engagement will lead to sustained action and meaningful partnerships that will uplift the community.
BGF is fully committed to advocating for education, development, and opportunity for every Bonny youth.
